Our policy

We are open to flexible schedules; however, full-time participants will have priority of acceptance in our program over part-time participants. For example; Full-timers 1st, 4 days a week 2nd, 3 days a week 3rd. etc.

For your child's safety, written or verbal notice is required if your child will not be attending the program. Our program is not in partnership with the school, we operate independently. 

 

If a designated individual will be picking up your child during program time. A notice must be provided by the parent or guardian. Your child will not be released without proper consent from the parent or guardian. We regret any inconvenience this process may cause, but we consider your child's safety as our primary responsibility.

Fees & Payment

Full-time spaces are $15.00 a day ($75 per week and priority given to full-time students).  Part-time spaces are $20.00 a day. Spaces can not be held without payment for absent days, illness, storm days, or vacation days; However, full-day PD days are included for no extra cost.

 

All fees must be paid monthly and are due on or before the 1st day of the month, beginning October 1st. You will receive an Invoice for fees before payment is due. Options for payment include email transfer, credit card withdrawal, or post-dated cheques.

If paying by E-transfer, please ensure you reference the Invoice # previously sent to you.

Payments can be made to limitlessdance@outlook.com

Please use the password "dance" for E-Transfers or if that does not work for your bank, the first name of your child.

If paying by cheque, please note the name of the person holding the account and the child’s name on all cheques. NSF cheques will be subjected to a $16.50 NSF charge.
